How Do We Collect
and Use Personal Information?
When we ask you to provide personal information such as your
name, your home address, or email address, it is for the purpose
of serving you.
When you provide this information, you consent to its
collection. If you do not want this information collected and
used for the purposes specified, please do not submit it to us.
If you have already submitted information and would like us to
remove it from our records, please contact us (see below).
The information you provide to the Headwaters Studios Group is
for the sole use of this organization and shall not be shared
with any other individual, corporation or similar arts
organization without your knowledge and consent. We do not rent,
trade nor sell our lists.
From time to time, Headwaters Studios may make draws or contests
available to its E-List members. Any and all such draws or
contests are governed by the privacy protection rules outlined
in the preceding paragraphs and are not open to persons under
the Age of Majority.

non-identifying information about how our visitors use this
